One of the properties featured at our Summer Auction campaign at the Sheraton in January this year was 20 Bayview Rd Little Cove owned by former world number one tennis maestro Thomas Muster. This passed into the highest bidder at $4.75 mil with a reserve of $5.5mil. However two interested parties emerged from the campaign and we were able to successfully negotiate with one of them, that being Mark Webber –the internationally famous formula one racing driver, who bought the property for close to $5mil.
